“I purchased my Hot Springs Envoy approximately five years ago due to back pain. When my wife and I went into the store we were greeted by Kathy Koebel. The experience we had was like no other store and we have been in. She actually was interested in why we wanted a hot tub not just to sell us one. We came back the following day to test out hot tubs because she was concerned that we were liking the right spa for us. Thankfully we did. I did not want a spa with lounger.
