"Couldnt be happier with our Hot Springs hot tub! Their staff was extremely helpful allowing us to try out all of the hot tubs before our purchase, with no pressure at all. And Im glad we did....We ended up buying a different one than I thought I wanted. They have also been very helpful with my follow-up questions in learning to maintain our tub. It was important to me, to purchase from a company who has a reputation of providing good service. Fortunately, I havent needed it yet.We have totally enjoyed sitting in our Sovereign, watching the 8" of snow falling. Weve both had less aches and pains with regular use and our grand kids had a blast swimming in the "hot pool" at night. Great experience all the way around!"

"We went in this weekend to get prices on trading in our 4 year old hot tub. Fred was very helpful and great to deal with. He was very informative and honest with us. We appreciated that the experience wasnt high pressure and casual. We returned the following day and Fred was with a customer, Becky helped us with some minor questions in the meantime. Her strong knowledge of the systems helped us to better understand how to take care of our tub in the future. We are excited about the decision to upgrade to a system with wifi capabilities. In our opinion there isnt any place else to consider buying a hot tub."

"The entire staff is 100% outstanding! From my initial phone conversation with Kathy, to the day I went into the store to finalize the payment and was greeted by Willis : D Everyone seems to go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. (yes, even Willis : ) Kathy basically helped me to purchase my new tub, over the phone, while she was traveling and out of the store. She continued to answer EVERY single question or concern I had with complete knowledge, and putting my worries to rest. The 2 guys that installed my new tub and took away the old one (A huge 22yr old best of a tub!) were wonderful! I got the feeling they enjoyed their work, and they did it well with great attitudes. Heather was also extremely helpful and understanding when I called to explain Id accidently written the check from the wrong account. I really cant think of anything anyone could have done to make me a happier customer than I am! Thank you ALL!"

"Sunday April 14th.2019. I thought I had a bad heater on my tub. Hot Spring Spa/Model Aria. I called Hot Spring Spa of Dayton,and a "Very Kind Lady" By the name of "Becky" suggested that I try to reboot my heater by turning off the power,and pull my main filter out. Then I replaced my filter,and turned on amp box again,AND THE HEATER LIVES,IT LIVES.. THANK YOU BECKY...

"Thoroughly enjoying our new hot tub!! The first one lasted for 21 years and it was time to upgrade so we went back to Hot Springs! Fred was a great salesman took care of us with some good deals and also we dealt with Shelly and Heather for paperwork and delivery. Everyone is so easy and nice to deal with! The delivery guys did a super job considering it was raining the entire time they were there and they had to remove our old tub as well...great experience all around

"We love our new Hot Tub. We were so blessed to have Kathy helping us out! She is so knowledgeable and really listened to our needs.She suggested what she thought would work for us and she was so right. We tried out three tubs while we were there and fell in love. Anyone that gets to meet her will definitely be blessed. Any questions we have had Kathy answered and has been a huge help.Delivery guys were on time and had it set up very quickly and showed us what to do. Even answering calls on her day off. We stopped in Hot Springs not too long and purchased a bigger hot tub and it was just delivered and we actually got the salt one and had SOOO many questions and even the owner came out and talked to us. Everyone there is just so friendly and helpful. And Kathy always goes above and beyond for us. The customer service with Hot Springs is wonderful. "I purchased my hot springs Envoy approximately five years ago due to back pain. When my wife and I went into the store we were greeted by a Kathy Koebel. The experience we had was like no other store and we have been in. She actually was interested in why we wanted a hot tub not just to sell us one. We came back the following day to test out hot tubs because she was concerned that that we were liking the right spa for us. Thankfully we did. I did not want a spa with lounger. By testing them out I realize that was the best for my back. Now I look forward to the end of a long day going home to the right spa for me and my family. Instead of asking how much we were looking to spend she asked why we wanted a hot tub. She asked what we were using the tub for, asked what Back pain I was having to make sure I got the tub I needed not just a tub that was in my price range. They have been very helpful with all of our questions since then. Recommend them for sure if your looking for a new hot tub."

We would call and talk to Kathy and she would walk us through them. Recently we stopped into Hot Springs to ask a question and we walked out with a brand new bigger hot tub, Kathy is always so welcoming and helpful. Weve called her on days off and shes taken care of the issue. We also, purchased a sauna from Hot Springs. We feel great after getting out of the sauna and into the hot tub. There are MANY great health benefits to owning both. The customer service at Hot Springs is incredible. And we would highly recommend them to everyone. "As the final part of our home renovation, we purchased a Hot Springs Spa installed on our pool deck. It was delivered in December, just in time for Christmas!!Kathy was tremendous in guiding us to the correct choice for us. They sent a person to inspect our site - in the back yard and then up a rather steep hill to the pool deck. They arrived with the crew to do the job on the appointed date and by noon the spa was operational!!Had a few follow-up questions and Kathy answered them all. See is extremely helpful.Enjoying the spa almost every night before bed."

"When I walked in the door the first time I was greeted by George the owner and he was very nice and then turned me over to Kathy Koebel. She was very friendly and nice and I was very impressed with her knowledge and explanation of the different levels and models of hot tubs available. I was replacing an older large hot tub that was no longer working but I did not want a large one this time. I was looking to down size since I am usually the only one in it. She showed me several models and explained why they might be best for me. Offered to let me try them out right then if I wanted. But, it was getting close to closing time so I declined even though she offered to stay. Instead I told he I would be back on Sat morning to try some out. Took my wife with me and Kathy explained the features again to my wife while I was trying the different ones out. When I was done I could not quite make up my mind and so we went home to discuss my options. There was never any high pressure from Kathy though she did want us to know she wanted us as customers. When we were on the way home my wife said she was so impressed with Kathy and the store that she did not want me to go anywhere else. My wife feels like the service we will get should be great. Kathy told me about a color of one she has in stock that was acceptable to me and has scheduled for an electrician to contact me and a delivery date that was way sooner than I expected. Looking forward to hearing from her on line and know she is going to be a great contact person in the future."

"10 years ago I bought my first spa at HotSpring of Dayton...and Kathy Koebel was my salesperson then...She was so supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful. NO matter how many times I called and/or stopped-in, she always took the time to talk me through some question or concern I had... I never forgot that. Well, flash-forward 10 years later and I found myself wanting a new spa to help sooth an aching hip. (We had sold our previous one a few years ago in a moment of financial panic & regretted selling it almost immediately) Well, when I tentatively pushed open the doors at HotSprings Dayton a few weeks ago and saw Kathy once again, I was thrilled, and knew Id be well-taken care of... I was warmly greeted by Kathy and she helped me find the perfect spa that fit my needs and budget. Even after 10 years, she remembered me as if I were an old friend... Kathy took the initiative to get my spas delivery date moved up by nearly a month ...AND she sent two polite, respectful, and helpful young men (Anthony and Bobbie) to deliver and set-up the tub last Monday. They patiently answered my questions since I was a bit older since the last spa was delivered 10 years ago! My hip already feels better and no doubt this is due to my new spa from HotSprings. Thank you so much... with your company I have peace of mind about my investment because I know you will be there if I need you. I am so glad to have found you again. She gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. She was so helpful on setting up a time to pick up my old spa and delivery of the new hot tub to go to my daughter & family in Oxford. Kathy and I talked many times and she was very kind! The young men that came to pick up my old hot tub did a great job also. They were very courteous and knew what they were doing. "Hot Springs and their wonderful staff, Kathy Koebel, (which I refer to as my earthly angel) made such a difference in my life. In September of 2009, I suffered a Stroke, which would change my life as I knew it. I was a RN working full time M-F as an Investigative Agent for the County and part-time S-S for a Rehab Facility as their AM nurse. I had 4 teenage+ sons, and a wonderful husband with whom I did everything. We were active . Always going to ballgames, shopping, and antiquing. you name it we went. Then it came to a screeching halt. Stoke! My Right side was affected and I was bound to a wheelchair. I was in a Phyisical Rehabilitation Facility for two months. My husband and sons told me, We arent going to sit around. Weve always gone and did things, and we arent stopping now! So, thats what we did. But I needed more from me. My Physical Therapist suggested a hot tub, because it could be better controlled environment than a swimming pool. And warmer. We heard a family member had gone to Hot Springs. So we drove to Hot Springs and we were met at the door by the friendliest woman , introducing herself to us as, Kathy Koebel. In just a short conversation with Kathy, I found out she was an RN and was very familiar with what I was going thru. We spoke extensively about the Hot tubs, their benefits, and prices. She told me she would like for me to try it before making any decisions. So, we made an appointment for me to come back with appropriate swimware for me and for my husband, as there was no way I could do this alone in my post stroke condition. When I came back, I was a bit apprehensive, but knew I was in good hands. After all, my husband was 64 and weighed 285. He was use to carrying me now. What I wasnt expecting was Kathy getting into the Hot tub with us. She had worked very closely with a family member of her own with a similar situation and she wanted to make sure I was: (1. Safe; 2.) comfortable; and 3.) she wanted to show me the exercises to do.Kathy, from the moment we walked in the door, treated me like family. I felt like she cared for me genuinely. I wasnt just a sale to her. I was a someone she wanted to help. That was eight years ago now, that we walked into Hot Springs and met my Angel, Kathy Koebel. Because of her kindness and genuine concern to help me, my husband and I just upgraded our hot tub. I can honestly say that the water therapy was very beneficial in my treatment. Hot Springs is a wonderful company to work with because they care about the product and the customer. You can tell by the people they hire. Even the people they hire to service the units are the nicest folks. They probably get the least amount of praise but they really are great!! In closing, Hot springs made a difference in my life, and I just wanted to let you, the reader, know that. If you are contemplating a hot tub or Spa, look no further. You have found your store! You have found your new hot tub family! THANK YOU HOT SPRINGS! and THANK YOU KATHY KOEBEL!!"

"Walked in store just to look. Kathy noticed my walk and pain. After a short talk she said she would keep an eye out for a spa that suited me. Not long after, she called. I bought a pre owned spa. It has done wonders for my back and arthritis. I dont know how I ever lived without one. Now I just wish it was deeper!"

"owned Hotspring tub late 80s. Loved it.No problems from a basic spa! Bought new house and bought another brand per friends advice-bad choice.Nothing but problems after year 2.Learned my lesson! Bought a Hotspring Sovereign this year and love it. Install crew was awesome, gave great advice to get up and running and Ben Farmer (electrician) co-ordinated with them to make install process seamless. Kathy was awesome in helping us select our spa. Definitely go and sit in them as we chose a different spa than what we thought we wanted. After sale service and advice excellent as we hadnt had a salt system before. Hotspring-Dayton and Kathy are awesome. wouldnt go anywhere else.Big thanks to Kathy, Ben and crew at Hotsprings-Dayton"

"Kathy Koebel was simply amazing in every aspect of this purchase. She was so patient, kind, helpful, and informative. I needed to get a pool to exercise, but wasnt sure exactly what to get and she contacted me and invited me to come over for a swim in the store in their endless pool. She set everything up so I was able to try it out and know that it would work for me. After that, the team went through ALOT of work planning and preparing the area for the delivery. The delivery went perfectly and weve been swimming all winter! Thank you so much!"
