COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Concerned Customer,

We understand this is an overwhelming situation disrupting our day-to-day routine. The team at Hot Spring of Dayton takes great pride in meeting your needs during all of this. We are following the best protocol in both hygiene and public policy.
In response to the COVID-19, we have been taking extra precautions. It is our priority to provide a safe experience for our customers as well as a safe work environment for our employees. In light of the recent Stay-Home Order, we will be modifying our business to comply.

Store Hours

Starting Today, March 24, we will begin modified hours and the restriction of in-store business.
Until further notice, our in-store hours are:

Chemical & Supply Sales,

To maintain the safety, sanitation, and operation of a Hot Spring Hot Tub, Endless Pool, or Finnleo Sauna, we will still be open to sell supplies for the use of your respective product. However, some effective changes will be:

Occupancy Limit

One family and a maximum of two members at a time. We will maintain the required (6) feet distance between staff and customers. Our door may be locked, so please call ahead.
Curbside delivery
Additionally, we will be providing parking lot pickup. Call, place, and pay for your order. We will deliver it your car.
 
E-Store
The safest and recommended option is to purchase your chemicals from our online store here. Due to circumstances, limit (1) of each product per customer order with the exception of certain spa filters. Chemical Sales temporarily only available to customers in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Free delivery for orders over 75 dollars and curbside pickup available as options.

Product Sales

Our wonderful team of spa sales professionals will still be available online and virtually for your needs. Live chat with our wellness experts on our website, or take a virtual tour. We’ll put you in touch with someone to help you along your Hot Spring journey, all from the comfort of your home.

Service

If you have scheduled or need to schedule a water care or maintenance visit, we want to assure you that this aspect will continue as usual- with a few safety precautions.
 
No Personal Contact
Our service technicians will work on diagnosing and handling your products without ever coming within distance to you or your family. We will call you upon arrival, and perform our servicing while you remain indoors. If contact is necessary, we will give you a call. All service appointments are subject to prioritization.

Delivery

If this applies, we will be contacting you regarding your upcoming delivery.
